Generally, bulk REO purchases are left for the groups of seasoned and cash-heavy investors who have the ability to approach major banks that are forced to unload blocks of real estate at discounted prices in order to maintain liquidity. These complex deals require a large sum of money, experience, and developed business relationships. The small investor typically does not have an opportunity to participate at this level...until now.
For the past several months, the executive team at JR Investments has been installing systems in our office to quickly evaluate, appraise, and purchase bank-owned properties in bulk. The first mock run was performed a couple of weeks ago on the 160 properties that JR Investments currently owns today.

These properties are available to individual buyers (you) for a small margin. You can easily find the right property by using the interactive Google map (above). Because these prices are guaranteed to beat the current market, there will be very little room for negotiation. Furthermore, since we are not an institution, we have the ability to grant a greater discount to a buyer or buyers for a larger purchase volume. Lastly, you will not find these properties on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). These properties are exclusively displayed on this site for 2 weeks, beginning on the UPDATED date (above), after which point they will be offered on the MLS for a higher (near market) price.
